　あらためて、フリーで動くということは、自分で自分を律していかないといけないから、勤めをしたいた頃よりも、規則正しいきちんとした生活を心がけないとどんどんだらしなくなってしまう。

　物を創る人には、「破滅型」とか「無頼派」とかいう言葉が付きまとうし、正直、薬や酒に依存している人、病んでる人、めちゃめちゃ多い。だけど、そうやって病んだり苦悩したら良い物を創れるのかというと、決してそうじゃない。クオリティの高い物を創り続けていくには、健全な精神と肉体が一番不可欠なものだと思うよ。そして自分１人で創るということはありえないから、社会性というものも必要だしさ。
