ニュースのコメンテーターをやっていたときのこと。

「世の中を妬んで、最終的に殺人を犯す人のニュースがあったとして、恵まれていない人が、恵まれた人を妬むことに関しては肯定すべきだろうと思ってたんです。『そういうときもある』と。でも人殺しだけは絶対否定しなきゃならない。ただそこでコメンテーター陣が『自分の努力が足りないのに、なんで人を妬むんだ』っていう空気になったときに『俺はわかります』って言えなかったんです。『人を妬むところまではわかる』って。今現在、人を妬んでいる視聴者に『妬んで生まれた負のエネルギーみたいなものを、みんななんとか今日のところはオナニーをして寝ることで忘れて…やり過ごしてるから大丈夫だよ』って言わなきゃならないのに、言えない自分を“何それ”って思っちゃう。もし俺が成功者を妬んでいてその番組を観ている立場だったら、『今のこの妬みは、俺は殺人犯としか共有できないのか』という話になるじゃないですか。でも違う。妬むし僻むしヒドいことを考えるけど、やらない。人間だから。やっても何も変わらないから。やらないで済ます方法はオナニーだと知っているのに、それを伝えられないくせに出るなと思ったんです。
